The following people have appeared before magistrates in Stratford:

Darren Wayne Jones, 28, of Peel Road, Warwick, had his community order extended and was ordered to pay £35 costs for twice breaching the order.

Martin Stephen Sweet, 38, of Briar Close, Leamington, had his community order extended and was ordered to pay £35 costs for twice breaching the order.

Shaun Crawford, 45, of Grove Street, Leamington, received a £4,140 liability order for failing to pay child support.

Gary Brian Webb, 41, of Queensway, Leamington, was fined £150 with £15 costs and banned from driving for four months for drink-driving.

Jay Calcutt, 19, of Crown Way, Lillington, received a community order for threatening behaviour and criminal damage.

Sean James Hepworth, 18, of Edge Hill Road, Lighthorne Heath, was fined £50 with £50 costs for threatening behaviour.

Anthony Cronin, 51, of Napton Drive, Leamington, received a community order and was ordered to pay £50 costs for threatening behaviour and possessing a blade in a public place.

Scott Melville, 33, of Christine Ledger Square, Leamington, was jailed for 12 weeks for theft, two counts of shoplifting, failing to comply with a community order and failing to surrender to court.

Trina Fulford, 26, of St Pauls Square, Leamington, had her antisocial behaviour order extended until 2010.

Barry Lee Ward, 18, of Braemar Road, Leamington, was given 100 hours of unpaid work and ordered to attend an anger management programme and to pay £50 compensation for assault.

Stephen John Whittaker, 38, of Grove Street, Leamington, was given an 18-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £90 costs for possessing heroin and handling stolen goods.

Clifton Desmond Aaron, 33, of Sir Toby Belch Drive, Warwick, was given 200 hours of unpaid work and ordered to pay £500 compensation for seven counts of fraud by false representation.
