Two Steve Griffin goals and one from Ryan Langmead sentenced 'Bourne to a 3-0 reverse at home to Kenilworth Wardens. Tavern were ahead against Leamington Hibs but slipped to a 3-2 defeat.

Kevin Ellard and Alan Robinson scored for Tavern, with Paul Travis, Jag Bahi and Steve Baker for Hibs.

Cubbington Albion, who finished bottom last season, beat hosts Radford Semele with two Scott Burden goals and one from Jay Williams. Paul Wilkinson replied.

Promoted Westlea Wanderers Reserves made the best possible start to their Division Two campaign with a 5-0 win over ten-man Locomotiv TJ's. Some excellent finishing from Rory Higgins with a hat-trick, and a brace from fellow striker Jon Byrne, eased the home side to victory.

Millbank lost 4-2 at home to Harbury Albion while Lem Spartens kicked off their first season at this level with an 8-1 thumping of Lillington sports. Sub Scott easterlow got a hat-trick, with Paul Murphy 2, Terry Bayliss 2 and Jamie Rowley on target too. Ashley Reynolds got the Lillington goal.

Division Three debutants Long Compton Rovers were completely outplayed by Chadwick End, losing 19-2. Ross Jackson 5, sub Andrew Magnell 4, Ciaran Grace 4, Matt Grace 3, James Stockley 2 and Tom Blakely scored, with sub Rocky Burton grabbing two in reply as Rovers never gave up.

Bubbenhall hammered AC Cricketers 8-0 with goals by Danny Dodds 3, Adam Halford 2, Sam Smith 2 and David Paget.

Radford Albion marked their league debut with a 1-1 draw at Bishops Tachbrook, Robert Strain's goal being wiped out by Tachbrook's Luke Upton.

Whitnash, pipped at the post for the Division Five title by Bishops Itchington last season, took early revenge with a 4-2 Division Four win.

Ryan Woodward 3 and James Urquhart did the damage, with Jordan Cox 2 for Bishops.

A Simon McGarry goal was enough to give Dynamo Leamington all the points against Woodloes.

AFC Warwick and Chadwick End Res, third and fourth in Division Five last season, both got off to good starts.

Chris Lowe and Ryan Helliker saw Chadwick to a 2-0 win against Kingsley Masters.

St Peter's Celtic, with only two wins last season, started with a 4-1 win over Wellesbourne Res. J Herbert, D Francis, P Garner and R Gon Galves De Castro scored, with a Paul Fitzpatrick reply.

Newcomer DJC Sporting Res grabbed a late equaliser for a 3-3 draw at Stockton. Luke Church, Jamie Bodfish and Mark Welford scored for Stockton, with replies from Carl Stokes, Tom Davies and Simon Bennett.

Three teams have pulled out of the league without a ball being kicked. Stockton have pulled out of Division One as most of their players have joined other teams in the top flight.

Hodcarrier had player problems at the end of last season and were unable to resolve them, while Bishops Tachbrook have disbanded their Division Five reserves and Three Lions have amalgamated with Racing Club Evolve.
