Music and comedy will combine in Four Poofs and a Piano - the house band on BBC1 programme Friday Night with Jonathan Ross.
Returning to the centre this year are the Big Ballet, Spirit of the Dance and Vampires Rock, which features special guest Toyah Willcox.
Newcomers include psychic Sally Morgan and mountaineer Andy Kirkpatrick.
Bucks Fizz and Brotherhood of ManChildren will perform a Eurovision Song Contest double act and children can be entertained by Basil Brush, in his family show High Skool Mania.
Young singer Hayley Westenra, who has performed across the world, is billed as the season's highlight.
